Illustrations of artistically forged metal window grids of the “Hotel Zlaty Andel”, as seen in Český Krumlov. 

Walking along the street Kájovská of the impressionable little city Krumlov in the Czech Republic, you can see these windows on the building of the “Hotel Zlaty Andel”. These artistically forged metal window grids show buildings and the sun and the moon. My illustrations recreate this window art, tracing the forms in order to create a new impression.

Since they also have a window showing a cocktail bar, these artistic windows could be fairly new, but I couldn’t find any further information about them.
